Terms and Conditions

Please double-check all items before signing, as all sales are final after signature.

Payment Terms: Full payment is required before pick-up or delivery. If payment is made by check, funds must be verified before processing.

Returned Payments: If a payment is returned due to insufficient funds or other account issues, a $35 returned check fee will be charged.
Storage Fees: Orders not accepted within 3 weeks of purchase will be stored at the client’s expense. Storage fees will accrue monthly at a rate of $50 per pallet.
Return Policy: Returns are accepted for store credit only. Assembled, modified, or special order cabinets cannot be returned. All other returns and cancellations are subject to inspection and a 25% restocking fee.

Warranty

WholeSale Cabinet Creations warrants that our cabinets will be free from manufacturer defects for a period of 5 years for stained cabinets and 2 years for painted cabinets from the date of purchase, under normal residential use. This Limited Warranty applies exclusively to the original Residential Purchaser of the cabinets and is valid only for products used within the United States.
A Residential Purchaser is defined as an individual with proof of direct purchase of cabinets from WholeSale Cabinet Creations. This warranty is non-transferable and does not extend to subsequent homeowners or other parties. For customers who purchased through a builder, dealer, or distributor, all warranty claims must be submitted through the original place of purchase, not directly to WholeSale Cabinet Creations.
This warranty does not cover defects resulting from mishandling, misuse, abuse, exposure to harsh chemicals or abrasive products, improper installation, transit damage, product modification, or exposure to extreme temperatures, moisture, humidity, or other environmental conditions. The product must be used solely for its intended purpose to be covered by this warranty.
The warranty does not cover costs associated with installation, removal, or transportation of the product. In the event that a product is discontinued, WholeSale Cabinet Creations will make every effort to provide replacement parts that match the original style as closely as possible, but we cannot guarantee an exact match.
Natural wood variations in color, grain pattern, and characteristics, as well as changes that occur as wood ages, are not considered defects and are not covered by this warranty. Minor gaps or hairline cracks that may develop in door joints due to environmental conditions are also excluded from coverage.
For door warpage greater than 1/2″, please place the item on a flat surface to verify before submitting a warranty claim.
To file a warranty claim, please contact the authorized builder, dealer, or distributor from whom you purchased your cabinets. They will gather the necessary information to evaluate your claim and will submit the details in writing to WholeSale Cabinet Creations. A dated proof of purchase is required to obtain warranty benefits.

Shipping-Delivery Policy

Curb to Curb Delivery

We offer convenient curb to curb delivery for all our products. If you require assistance bringing the materials inside the job site, please inform your sales representative. Please note that there will be an additional charge of $150 for this service.

Return and Exchange Policy

All returns are accepted for store credit only; no refunds will be issued.
Final Sale: All sales are final. Assembled cabinets are not eligible for return.
Trim Pieces: Trim pieces can be returned for credit; however, a 25% restocking fee will apply.
Returns/Exchanges Before Pickup: Returns and exchanges are available for Vita Cabinetry products only, with a 10% restocking fee. If the item has already been assembled, the assembly fee will not be credited.
